Antonio Escribano holds a degree and doctorate in Medicine, specialising in endocrinology and nutrition and physical education and sports medicine, as well as Extraordinary Professor of Sports Nutrition at the ECAM (Murcia).
Professor of Nutrition, Hydration and Sport at the University of Navarra (UNAV) and honorary doctorate from the San Ignacio de Loyola University in Lima (Peru).
He has coordinated the nutrition area of more than twenty football teams and many sportsmen and women, both in Spain and in Europe. He is a member of the Nutrition and Healthy Habits Commission of the Spanish Olympic Committee.
