Jean-François Ferrari
Jean-François Ferrari is Minister of Fisheries and Blue Economy of the Seychelles.
He holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Provence.
He is currently in charge of overseeing the overall functioning of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Department of Blue Economy and representing the Government at various conferences and meetings at regional and international level.
