Manuel Pimentel
Manuel Pimentel is an agronomist engineer, holds a degree and doctorate in Law and a diploma in Senior Business Management. He was Minister of Labour and is currently editor of AlmuzaraLibros, senior advisor to BakerMckenzie and director and presenter of Arqueomanía, an archaeological outreach programme on TVE2.
Manuel has created and participated in various Andalusian companies linked to agriculture, engineering, technology and the environment.
As editor of AlmuzaraLibros, Manuel has written numerous books and publications, including one of his latest essays ‘La venganza del campo’ in which he describes how the primary sector is despised by the society it feeds.
